This policy explains how billing, cancellation, and refunds work for B.E.A.U. at Home (the “Service”). It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to paid features. A payment card is collected when you start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically when the trial ends — at $29.99/month or $199.99/year, depending on the plan you selected at sign-up.
2. Subscription and auto-renewal
If you choose to subscribe, you select either a monthly plan at $29.99 per month (USD) or an annual plan at $199.99 per year (USD). Your plan renews automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — until you cancel. Your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Recovery Plan (one-time). As an alternative to a subscription, you can buy a one-time Recovery Plan for $69 (USD), which unlocks full access to paid features for 90 days. It does not include a free trial and does not auto-renew; access ends automatically when the 90 days are up. If the Recovery Plan isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing settings, which open a secure customer portal. When you cancel:
- You will not be charged again;
- Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period;
- After that period, your account returns to the free (locked) state.
4. Refunds
Because every new user gets a full 7-day free trial before any charge, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription periods that have already begun, and we do not prorate partial months.
That said, we want you to be satisfied. If you were charged unexpectedly or are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will review your request in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a refund of that charge. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
5. Failed or declined payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may pause your paid access until payment succeeds. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be cancelled.
6. Price changes
We may change the subscription price on a prospective basis. We will notify you before a new price applies to your renewals, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
7. Before you dispute a charge
If you see a charge you don’t recognize or believe is an error, please contact us first at support@beauathome.com — we can usually resolve it faster than a card dispute, and we’re happy to help.
